Physical Appearance[]
Senua has fair skin, pale blue eyes, and dark brown hair. She is slender and muscular, and has light scars over her body from sword training. She wears her hair in a high ponytail clumped together in plaits & locs and adorned with beads (each of which she earned for services rendered to her hold).
Personality[]
To strangers Senua is cold and silent as winter, but to friends and loved ones she is shyly playful, like the sun in spring. She defends what's her fiercely, and once you earn her loyalty, you will have it for life.
Senua suffers from psychosis, anxiety, and depression; she has both aural and visual hallucinations, and sometimes cannot tell what is real and what is a manifestation. She is also a Dreamer, like her mother before her; she is possessed by a spirit of Hope, which manifests as either her mother or her deceased lover Dillion.

History[]

Senua is the daughter of Galena, a Dreamer and the augur of Perthold, and Zynbel, the Thane. When Senua was 7 years old, her mother died violently; Senua witnessed the event, which caused a psychotic break and her magic to manifest catastrophically, damaging much of the hold with fire. When Senua was 16 years old, she learned that her mother did not commit self-immolation, as she was told, but was actually murdered by her father; Zynbel distrusted magic and feared Galena, who he was paranoid would turn the hold against his iron grasp, and so falsely accused her of blasphemy.

Senua came to the Lowlanders' Conclave during her time in self-exile; she had heard that there was a war between mages and mage-minders, and wanted to see for herself what was happening in the world.
